Independent Samples T-test

The first step when opening the nQuery program is to click File and then New.

A dialog box will appear that looks like this:

Since we intend to perform an independent samples t-test, we would check off means, Two, and Test. Upon doing this, three options will appear in the lower box. Choose two-sample t-test. Since the sample size in each group is different, also check the box labeled unequal n's.
